Does anyone know what injera is? Has anyone tried raw beef before? Have you eaten at a Ethiopian restaurant? If you answer "Yes" to any of the above please leave a comment and tell us about your experience. I found this interesting article from the New York Times...

... that talks about Ethiopian food and restaurants in Addis Adaba (capital of Ethiopia, the city we'll be going to.)  It's very interesting as it talks about several of the traditional meals, different types of food and the customs people use when sitting down for a meal. 

Seems we need to be ready to eat with our hands, get used to injera and possibly even try raw beef which seems to be a popular delicacy (I know Courtney will pass on that one!)  It should be a good time, I'm ready to go!
