Well, we realized a week ago that Courtney's passport still had her maiden name on it. AWAA advised us to have it changed ASAP (this was before we knew we were buying our tickets) and we sent it in for expedited processing. That was one week ago. We leave in 10 days. Our task now is to call the Passport Agency to try and get an update on where the passport is. Courtney was on hold this morning for 30 minutes and then got cut off. We'll try again tonight (they're open until 11EST.) We are planning for the possibility that we will have to schedule an appointment at the Passport Agency and make a trip to Chicago next week to get the passport in person.
